I would like to know, -if when I am logged into my old crapy cheat account behind my proxy settings which I have logged into before it was behind the proxy, if neopets still knows the originally ip of that account so if I logged into my main account on the original ip which my cheat account has been logged in on the same ip as the main account- if neopets still knows that they are the same person and would they freeze both of my accouts?????

I think they do someti'mes. some proxies work well, others dont. I change my IP after cheating, so then I can log on to my main account...
