    What a cute kid!

What's wrong with the youth of today? *shakes cane* They listen to strange music, have too much technology and don't appreciate the veterans! And where's that old dude smiley?! This is the closest I can get! :reaper:

wow i guess we lost the old man :p - i dont know where he went :p

That kid is a lot older than he seems. He knows what he is talking about even though he is just joking around. Either he was very well prepped or he is older than he looks.

Anyway...What is wrong with today's youth is that they are too caught up with unimportant things. In school, being a jock is rewarded whereas if you are good in academics, you are ridiculed and called a nerd. Sports are good to a certain extent but they do not surpass academics in any way.

What is wrong with the youth of today is that they are very confused and are too affected by this "hip hop" culture. They come to school with shiny teeth and big jackets that the paid over $300 for (ITS A JACKET!!!!!) along with the traditional saggy pants below your butt and then $200 shoes. Its all material things and all things that are not important in the grand scheme of things. Kids today are too caught up in their image. They need to grow up a little ;).

    Awsome show.

Anyway I asked the same question on the neoboards which resulted in me getting tired of people saying it's all Bush's fault.

see.. I agree with you there.. perhaps because I'm a "nerd"... perhaps not..

but like.. the hip-hop culture spenda ll yo bling bling is rediculous man..

I refuse to pay more than $10-15 for any pair of jeans or shirt thing... I usually wait until shit is really hella cheap.. and I don't mind wearing brands not "hip" they're fucking jeans... it doesn't matter what brand it is.. bah.

I also tend to wear the same jeans for long periods of time.. I actually think I only own 5 pairs of blue jeans and 4 slacks... and some of those blue jeans have been worn for the past 3-4 years.. and I still don't give a fuck. I'm not going to waste my hard earned cash on some stupid jeans with some dude's name on them.

materialism is rediculous.. try exlporing your mind next time you're bored.. rather than tryign to explore other things and spend loads of money while you're at it.

another thing that pisses me off iis hollister brand jeans and the like.. I mean.. what the fuck is that?

Only in america can you sell blue jeans that a homeless ethiopian child wore for 7 years for 50 bucks a pair.... The full of holes look is so lame. Be a real hardass... and make your own holes in your jeans by WEARING them.. fucking eh.

    </rant>

Seriously dude, when the fuck will you refrain from your absurdly essay-long posts?!

    ha! essay long posts...

I don't know.. I suppose I never thought of it like that really... I just usually have a lot to say about any given topic that I reply in... I don't know...

but if you thought that my essay long posts where long.. you should check out my essays.. :p :whistling:

I'm still trying to figure out what jeans had to do with Hitler.

And hey, you boys may be able to get away with cheapo jeans, but unfortunately, with women's jeans (or any women's pants) it is often a deal where only one or two brands will fit you right - and MOST brands are expensive anyway. For women.

Unfortunately, the only brand of jeans that fits me right is GAP jeans. Which sucks, because they are made shoddily - develop holes around the back pockets about six months into use - same place every single time.

    Oh well.
