Oh actually I have grown out of it as well. You can actually raise your tolerance to it by eating those things but only a little at a time. Like for example only eating goat cheese because it has less lactose than cow cheese and going from there. At least it worked for me. Of course I still get a little sick over very rich dairy foods like coffee creamers. Although it could also be the fact that a lot of time time it was actually the problems with my stomach and not true lactose intolerance. I shall never know :p

Huh. Well, you learn something every day I guess. I never knew that was possible.

centimeters? :D

Its true they use the metric system.

Haha, I used to HATE milk. I thought it was the worst crap ever to exist. So by 14, my doctors told me to get other means of the vitamins which milk has, so I took a vitamin until I got kicked out.

I drank three glasses of milk a day for fifteen years and I'm 6'. Of course, milk has nothing to do with how tall you are, just how strong the bones are. Your height is gene determined.

Oh and how much protein you get. You can get stunting from lack of that.

So, I can safely say I'm pretty short for my age, I'm almost 16 and I'm mearly 5'4"/5'5".
My mom then decides to take me to this "height analysis" doctor and see how tall I can grow to be.
Now, I've suddenly got to do all these weird things and exercises because I need to grow.
    Anyone else have these problems?

    Too much coffee.

    ...

    joking. :p

Anyways, I'm around 5' 11", so not really that short. :p

as far as i can remember, i was 5'4" during second year HS :p
and by the way, im 14 ^_^

I'm thirteen, and still around 5'0.
    >__<
Most of my friends are 5'4-ish.

hmm..your thirteen now and you joined on 25-March 04(thats like more than two years ^_^), is there that thing when you sign up at the boards you have to be 13 or above :shifty: :p

    Yards.

    I'm like 6'0 - 6'1.

Height makes no difference in most things, cept stuff like...basketball lol.

If you was a girl you'd be perfect height.

Small girls are usually what most guys go for.

Shame. Unless you turn gay lol. Jp :p

You've just given me my new excuse for my complete lack of boyfriend ^_^. Denial is such fun.

I'm half way between 5'9" and 5'10" Krn. I did use to have to do exercises, but that was because I was growing too quickly. O_o.

My dad is 5"6 my mom is 5"4 and my older sister in college is 5"4.
    And I'm 5"10.5 :p

Weird part is that I had my growth spurt MAD early in about 6th grade and grew to 5"10.5 by the end of 6th grade. Grew mad fast too. In fact.. went through puberty in general really early. And from 6th grade up to now (4-5 years) I havn't grown at all.

And I have a verrrrrryyyyyy small curve on my spine which is almost invisible.. probably because I grew so damn fast >_>.

    Psh, what's wrong with being short? I'm 16, and I'm only 5'1". :)

Why on earth do you have to do exercises to get you to grow taller? Is it a health problem? O_o Some people are just smaller than others and that's that.

Anyway, Krn, you'd make a good racing driver. They're all small!

I'm 16 and 6'3"/6'4". I guess I'm tall for my age. I just eat follow the food pyramind, eat like a typical american family. You'll be fine, the only thing you have, is a smaller selection of women. Because your girl in heels can not be taller than you.

I'm like 6'-6'1, somewhere around there. Sort of tall, but not hugely tall. It's not bad, except I'm thin, so I look sort of goofy >_>

Traditionally, asians have shorter statures than caucasians, but that was due to generations upon generations of malnutrition (blame it on your rice fetish) building upon each other. It sucks that its in your genes now.
