Uploading a skin onto Invision.

I have the Skin file  (.tar file) now, How do Upload it in the Admin CP?

you have to upload it via C Panel...I cant remeber but I think you upload it to archive_in or somin like that...

Okay, but where exactly is that archive_in?

ummmm...uhhhh....I really cant remember...just go to the C panel and go to all those folders and click on them to open them until you find it? lol...or ask like hydro or hidden or whoever that can tell you lol

put it in archive_in and then click I'mport skin files in the admin cp...if you have the chmod settings right, the I'mporter should do all the work for you :angry:

by the way, make sure you dont have safe mode on :)

I can't upload it. :o   My free host didn't gave me FTP access.

If it's a board hosting service like invisionfree, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can put the tar in archive_in, or upload it directly through the browser (can't remember where, I'm more used to vbulletin as it is).

If it's a board hosting service like invisionfree, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can put the tar in archive_in, or upload it directly through the browser (can't remember where, I'm more used to vbulletin as it is).
