Im making an advertising site.. I want to make it with forums and stuff and I need like 2-4 people to help me out with coding my template getting the forums up and set.. and stuff like that.
I am basicly offering services to people with sites/forums that need help advertising, and I will advertise their site..

So I will do the whole advertising thing.. all you need to do is keep the forums running.. and just basicly be admins on the forums and site...

I believe he posted the template he was going to use in a previous post where he was asking for a logo made... it was very recent, so you should be able to find it.

Well.. When I get the team we will decide on whcih template to use.. becauseI want the best template not just what I choose I want the members to agree on it also.. so if i post the template alot of people wont apply because of the template..

I could also maybe manage to make one.. takes time, but I've already done a couple of navigation that looked pretty good.

I willa dvertise their sites, by submitting their site to top 50 search engines, and you know those sites that you have to earn points and it advertises your site for points? Tahts what Im going to do..

For the staff. that im currently hiring.. they are not going to do all that.. they will be just in charge of the site and the forums..

I think we need more staff.. because some of the work that is requared the those staff cant hanldle.. so Im am expanding the limit to 6-7 people for staff...

P.S Your not all going to be admins.. some of you will be mods, some smods, some admins..

Ok. Adobe. Since you signed off and everyone else needs to hear this. TOO MANY STAFF IS BAD. Honestly all we need is 1-2 tech admins. Me and alias can handle that. Then possibly 1-2 Mods. Thats it. MAX-4 people. They type of forum needed for this operation is not going to be active like codex. Its not going to have a wide variety of topics.

I talked to nick. I got the hosting. I can install 2.1.6 tonight later. Im not sure what MODS you need. I can't do alot. Well I'm not willing to do a heavy mod. I can do almost any of the basics needed. Like a servise plan. hooked to paypal. Possibly alias can do more.
