Text needs alot of work, I find that when you use grunge brushes you should use some sort of mideival font in bevel and emboss like in my sig right now

I think you should make it a little smaller and put a black border around it

How to make a black border:
1. Create a new layer and put it on the top
2. Press CTRL+A
3. Edit->Stroke (1 px, black)

Other than that you're well on your way to becoming a GFX member
