Is this even possible? I think I remember reading somewhere that ME and 98 only use 128 MB for GUI Memory, which leads to the system being unstable, thus making ME and 98 less than ideal for skinning.

I was wondering if there was a safe way to skin ME, and howabouts I would be doing it.
