Got a new motherboHard, one problem. My case isn't aligned with my motherboard. Do I have to get a new case or can I replace a part? Low quality photos below tongue.gif. Hopefully those will show you what's wrong

    Well,

Generally ATX cases have standoffs that can be removed and screwed in to diffrent holes.

Assuming you have already adjusted these, then a new case would be in order.

Well, I asume its the slots that don't line up at all?
    I had that issue too...
    Solution: Remove the plate.

There actually WAS a plate that had pre-cut holes for the components, but I had to remove it!

Thanks Travis, I'll do that now. One last question, my old motherboard had a fan attached to it but I could not put it on my new version so is it okay if my computer has only one fan?
