Pop-up, probably spyware grr..

I get this one annoying pop-up all the ti'me and it annoys me, it someti'mes throws me offline and bugs the hell outta me, I even get it when using Firefox, and the worse thing is, I think I'm paying for it, so please someone help.

try getting some anti-spyware s*** like adaware or spybot search & destroy

I don't trust adaware because I heard it GIVES you viruses and where can I find spybot, it comes up with so many site on google.

adaware is clean scanned it with mcafee and its clean... plus I haven't ever gotten a virus from it...

I think you must be confusing "adware" and "adaware". Adware is bad stuff, spyware. Adaware is a program that helps you get rid of spyware and I have never heard of it having any viruses. Not if you get it from their own website anyway.
