I've been dabbling a bit in Photoshop for the last few weeks, so I'll post the first sig that I've completed that I like.

Really messy. I dont like how only his face has color. The whole thing is too rough, try bluring some of it or something. It lacks some depth as well, try adding more lighting.

That's actually pretty good for someone who's only been tinkering with PS for a few weeks.

Yeah, I tried being creative and coloring the faces of the band members, but that didn't work, so I focused on the main guy.

I tried keeping the members as blurry as possible, while still leaving details on the face, and just added a sharpening layer on top and erased the faces to make the background more of a mess.

It's meant to be rough and messy, I was going for that feel. Mainly because the band is a Hardcore/Metal band, or the fact that I was listening to Nirvana while making the signature =P

I'll agree with you on the lighting though, it could use more =)
