Only a minor problem really. Un-do everything you did in the last promotion but brkn's promotion.

Joe and Zulf both do a bad job at moderating - They don't have the feel for it.. Zulf is obviously too young to hold such a burden and some of his actions are rather rash.

Joe is learning the basics at a late stage... personally having been on codex almost it's whole lifetime, I would not trust it with either of these people...
