    did you ever meet a caveman

    i doubt it, and you probably dont have any doccumentations showing the life expectancy. so they might have lived a lot longer than 20

    not sure what kind of clam chowder you're eating..but if it's the new england style thats probably worse than brownies lol. thats good that you're using substitution for dieting, instead of "oknomorebreakfast".

    i improved myself:

    i don't drink energy drinks anymore

    Actually.
    They find skeletons.
    Radiocarbon Dating gives them their age.
    Skeletal size and structure, etc determines age.
    Anyways, this thread isn't about that.

    Body mass index:
    * Underweight = <18.5
    * Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
    * Overweight = 25-29.9
    * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    I pulled in 29.7

    i'd strive for 185..it may seem like a lot, but with exercise and determination..it's possible smile.gif. if you don't see results quickly, DO NOT stop eating on any condition. not only could it lead to lack of energy and anorexia...you'll be losing muscle and not fat!
