Boy that looks screwed up. It's not your display adapter or anything because that would just screw up your monitor and not the screenshot, right?

Try booting in safe mode (I believe it's F8 before the windows screen and there will be a menu, select Safe Mode) and see if the problem persists.

Safe mode does zilch. Uh, also. As soon as my computer shows anything (durin boot, whatever) its happening..

That make no sense what so ever. So when it shows BIOS and stuff it's messed up? That means its your video card, maybe it's broken.

I think my video card has been fried. Right, is there anyway I can use my computer without the video card enabled or will I straight out have to get a new one (I have a laptop).
