Rediculous is all i have to say... And all i can say. If they met up through the internet and realised they loved each other thats one thing, but people are totaly different online as they are in real life. I acnolage people go out online, and while i would never join in with the trend its fair enough, but marage takes it far too far.

I'm at a loss for words.

And I don't know if its because I'm happy for them, or the fact that he's proposing to her on a forum.

I don't really have a problem with internet dating if the people ACTUALLY MEET, like my brother and his boyfriend (yeah, you know what I mean) did, and they're doing great right now tongue.gif Just the fact that it seems like they havent met at all bothers me 1we8.gif

I would never do something like that. I wouldn't even do it if I knew that person in real life, and happened to go to the same forum he/she did. You have to propose in person - not on the phone, not online, and certainly not on a forum.

How can you even propose without meeting them? Furthermore, proposing on a forum? Either thats just weak or well, hes trying to be creative (done horribly). If hes gonna post it in a forum publically, hes asking to be flamed anyway.

If you just read her return statement you can tell she says yes. She said I'm not going to answer you until I get off the plane. Then I will give you my answer. Be for real. Do you really think she is going to get off the plane and say no?

"Mommy.. How did you and daddy meet?"
"Well dear, your father and I talked to eachother on the internet and never met until we were married."
    "That wasn't very romantic.."
