I need some good advertising for my site, its a Neopets cheating site, but we also support Maplestory, Gaiaonline and more. Were doing ok at the moment, but I think we could do with a steady income of members.

You can advertise anywhere, and everywhere, lol.

Im willing to pay you in $$ or Neopoints, hit me up on MSN or PM me and we can discuss the payment.

I dont think it is allowed either, but it never did break any rules xD.

He never did link to the site, but in a way he is advertising for it by asking us to MSN him about it I dont know... I just reported it so a mod can deal with it.

You're using our site, for the benefit of your site, which is also a similar genre. It's essentially the same as advertising.

You should still PM an admin with your request though, i'm not the one who finalizes this sort of thing. It's all down to them in the end.
