I found that episode pretty funny tongue.gif (the parts where Cartmen is in it, not the whole Ike and teacher thing.)

    The whole thing was hallerious.

"A kid nailed Mrs. Stevenson, the kindergarten teacher?" - Cop
    "YES!" - Kyle
    "Nice...." -Cop
"We'll go find that kid now, and give him the luckiest kid alive award" - Cop

LMAO. Cartman kicks some kids ass, "Go with Christ"

This whole season has been hallerious.

Under the "fair use" provision of U.S. copyright law – affirmed by the United States Supreme Court — one does not need permission to record a parody.

I think Calum was referring to the inappropriateness of the episode, not the fact that it was a parody.

I believe that episode was the first time I've ever heard fagg*t on TV.

You know the black screen with the words, before the theme song? I think that helps keep em outta trouble...

Besides no ones gonna sue south park.

You'd be crazy if you'd sue comedy. *cough* Tom Cruise *cough*

People aren't going to sue South Park. The sheer success of Trey and Matt are alone to cause a negative uproar were somebody to sue them right now. Disney has had plenty of opprotunities to file a lawsuit against them, and they haven't.

It's not like Trey or Matt have a lot of money compared to some of the people who they parody like Mel Gibson and Tom Cruise, but even in the case somebody had the balls to sue them, the judge would probably dismiss it. It's not like they're trying risky-crude humour like Penn Jillette's The Aristocrats or The Howard Stern Show.

The only thing someone could do is "cut the episode", which Tom Crusie did with the Trapped in The Closet episode. Thats why the episode didn't air often.

That episode was...a bit disturbing; but Cartman was a riot, as always. Sometimes it does cross the line from funny to kinda dumb; the whole Teacher/Ike thing didn't strike me as amusing, and that whole "Nice...." thing got annoying very fast. My fave episode this season is 'Make Love, not Warcraft'

I love how southpark always keeps up to date on current events and happening... And that makes fun of them. They always have a point to prove and it's always making fun of both sides. Brilliant. I love how they can get away with as much as they do.
