whats a really good program to draw advanced stuff like I wanna draw realisitc 100 dollar bills n stuff cartoon chars.. 3d stuff like that I like to do things from scratch not copy and paste

He said realistic.. Use Maya, its pricey but it gets the job done 
btw if your really gonna do this, know that you can't do it one day, its gonna take quite a few months to learn a 3d program.
