can anyone give me some recommendations that has the least freeze rate?

Imo, the best way to transfer Nps is by the Shop. As far as I know, there's no proven way which has the smallest free rate, but you can figure it out for yourself just trying the different methods out.

all i know is trades have the highest... Or at least thats what my experience says

From the account that you want to receive, make a trade for a cheap 1 or 2 np item. then go to your account that you want to transfer from and look for that user then make an offer for as many np as you want, then go back to the receiving account and accept the offer


you can transfer as much as you want at no risk.

When i want to do it I do what necro said, so, just go on trades and than offer what you want, go another acc and accept! <=D
