Eh, no, Those aren't emulated with his mouth alone. I'm pretty sure he's using a talk box.

I watched a few of the videos there even the 60 min one 
i didnt really like the music stuff but the comedy stuff was pretty funny. Even if he was using a talk box that was still pretty cool.
