Ha ha! That was hilarious. Makes me happy though, if dumb people can get jobs like that, those of us who actually have brains are gonna get somewhat further in life.

You do realise that that is a technique they are trained to do?

Play stupid until the caller gets so frustrated that they hang up. Notice also how, as soon as the verizon guy realised he couldn't keep it up much longer, he passed the call on to someone else.

But the thing is that here we already know how to evade those things, since are normal(on one city dies like 10 people per minute only on the perifery(don't know if is that how you write))
