Keyboard issue

I googled it. The answer is obvious.
Plug both usb plugs into the computer. Then unplug the left/bottom one. Then unplug the other. Plug them back in and do the same process. This time after you unplug the second one take the keyboard and put it back in the box. Plug in your G15 and things are all good.
