absolutely!!!!
they have a peace park for it a little ways off, and another memorial ish area where the hypocenter of the bomb was.
the museum has a whole bunch of artifacts and stuff of things that survived/were in the explosion, clothing, etc, and stuff that shows heat exposure on the side that faced the explosion, like how moss grows on only one side of a rock sort of thing, and even like a chunk of a sidewalk that has this part where someone was sitting, and was incinerated, and the imprint was left on the sidewalk

foogie's from Canada.. and she's just visiting Japan in a student exchange (I think), so no one got owned.
Anyways, I figured there'd be a museum for that sort of thing. And as for my winter break plans, I plan to program and get caught up in my course work!

LOL and you told me running was for pussies when I told you to go before Christmas. Good on you though, lose that xmas flabber.
Me? My break is nearly over, and it's been pretty fun. All I've got left to do is spend all my remaining cash at the sales, and start to get ready to return back to school, I guess.
Oh, and Kitch, spend your summer break a little more wisely than that.

daaamn straight
all the toilets here are frekishly high-tech, different heat settings, different flush settings, a bidet *and I figured this one out myself* for the back AND the front, and some even have little sensors that play a water tinkling noise for you when you sit down.
but I gotta tell ya, after these toilets, I just feel violated when I sit down on a toilet and the seat is cold.

Well anyway I'll be hanging out with my friends, skateboarding, playing video games, visiting family, track practice, and that's about it.
I might have a New Years Eve party to go to which will be quite fun.
