I have seen some of you have managed to unfreeze your account, which is quite rare if you ask me. Well I actually I got my account frozen which didn't make me quite happy because I legited a lot with this account. So I was hoping if any of you have any successful appeals which you got your account unfrozen?

Best bet is to call HQ personally.

I would but might as well play and then get the same amount of NP as you had on your account before they unfreeze it. (if that made any sense) XD

The longer you take the worse chance you have. Call them ASAP and tell them your problem.

Yea if you call right after or close to when it happens then you have a better chance

Find loopholes in the terms and conditions.
That's what I did to get un-IP banned. I threatened lawsuit.

I had to have my mom call them to get my Premium acc un-banned.

The girl who picked up the phone was chinese or something. My mom couldn't understand her at all. After about 20 minutes, after me telling my mom what to say...like, "My account got hacked by someone, I hadn't ever given out my info, it must have been an account cracker." she eventually made me give her my info along with my birthday and all the stuff on the account.

Iunno how she did it, but I got it back.

I have gotten it unfrozen before even after having cheated on the account. Dunno why, but they accepted the appeal which was about 4 years ago.
