..20 seconds?

Private member search limit it 20 seconds, standard member is 10...private should be 5..fix plx?

Both are 20 seconds or atleast thats what the acp shows me tongue.gif

Yeah mine's 10 too, it used to be 20 though...i wonder when that changed.

I've changed the private member's limit to 10 seconds smile.gif. Hopefully this won't be as much of an annoyance anymore tongue.gif.

maybe it takes time for the option to be executed, or hydro never pressed ok... lol

Well silly me...I changed the wrong setting to 10 tongue.gif. I changed the right one this time...now I just have to figure out what I changed the first time around tongue.gif.

wait im wondering, why do forums have this feature? All i find it is annoying, but does it take up bandwidth or something?

Yeah, it causes server load because it has to search the entire topics/post table.... and there's hundreds of thousands of rows to search through. wink.gif

You shouldn't need to search more then every 20secs... lol
