Also guys with programs, i saw someone post that you had to be a certain number of posts to use some of them, is this true?

Nope, you can use them even if you haven't posted here at all . But we would like it if you are active in the community .

So then the program i downloaded i just have to run etc.

Basically ... yeah...you might have to install some extra stuff to get the program working like libraries and all that stuff
