NeoCodex has a policy of not allowing the posting, or linking to any NeoPet's related programming sites. Including but not limited to linking to programs of said sites or independent authors.
Apparently it isn't in the rules EXPLICITLY that you can not post other programs. But I just talked to the board creator. He said it's unwritten and he will add it later.
So kindly do not post the file.
Also, do not ask for programs from other sites.
