If it's full of posh people smelling of Monster Munch and eating Pibbs then you're right, it was. I saw it advertised on TV last night, looks quite good. Like one of those films that make you think, I know lots of, how can I say this... less intelligent (that'll doLol don't diss the movie, because Valensin might get angry at you! I think it was filmed near her.

No, the monsters are fake. It's just a mental guy in a costume. He found teh costume that was hidden in like the mayor's house or something. But the movie is still creepy though.
// Edit
// Yeah they reveal that in the movie. There's a scene, if I remember correctly, where tey go to teh forgotten house which no one uses anymore. And the blind girl, who goes out to find medicine for the person she loves, the mayor, or whatever, shows her that house. She feels the costume and thinks its real, like the real ani'mal, but its not, its just a costume. He even tells her that.
