Well, I can't say I'm not disappointed about not getting in (4th time applying, haha. ), but I think that the people who are chosen each time really deserve it, , and if they (the voting private members) feel you can contribute more by being a private member, then they'll vote for you, but I don't think it's biased because, as I said before, the people who get in each time are truly deserving.
