I love soccer and i noticed there wasn't even a thread for soccer .....so i am starting one !! post anything u want about soccer!! except for the becham one...

I couldn't play for a month because i injured my knee...i hope u heal soon..

I'm almost recovered

I tore my ligament in my left knee. That follow my kneecap shattering into pieces.

Ouch....how did that happen? I only had a minor fracture in an internal bone.

Wellll -cough- I kinda deserved it I went for the ball and well I was ticked off at the guy who had the ball cause he shattered my best friends arm in 2. I kicked as hard as I could and missed the ball but hit the guy's shin instead. I shattered his shin guard and broke his shin bone in two and he landed on me wrong and I twisted my knee which in turn ripped my ligament. After about a 2 month recovery of that I went to the mountains snow boarding and basically fell off the mountain, hit a rock and shattered my knee cap. What fun. I don't remember them taking me off the mountain and they said I was talking crazy for about 4 hours.

What kinda soccer do you play, sheesh!! It can get pretty physical here but its not like we are in a war

We can get very personal here. They hardly give out red cards cause they know how we are. If you do get a red card its because you almost killed someone. And they are like a fine of 500 dollars.

Where are you from? You get fined for red cards?? What age group do you play with?

Won't tell you where I'm from except that I'm an American. Yes you get fined for red cards. I play with the 18-21 year olds even tho I'm 17

yea finally someone made a post about soccer/football, its the best sport ever!! GO MAN UTD!!!
i love football especially because im from bosnia and thats all we played bak then and im addicted to the sport

shame I have broke my same ankle twice playing it and injured it lots of other times. Have been playing since I was 4 or so.

i have never really injured myself like so bad...only minor ones..
