I never sleep...and it seems people actually do...(judging by how codex is very very silent right about now...).

So what time do you usually go to bed?

I sleep at around....4 ish...if I'm tired. Tonight is an allnighter for sure! (Stupid AP tests...)

When I can. Between Brooke/work/school, about 3~5 hours per night. saturday + sunday are exceptions and treats. I get around 12 hours on those days.

I love everything about sleep.. it's so interesting.. school should totally have a course all about.. would be fun. Anyways, in the week I usually sleep for 7 hours a night... in the weekend it'll be more like 9 hours, though.

If you have a lose schedule you may want to consider polyphasic sleep... google it.

Being well rested has a nice feel, plus I'm more productive and I enjoy sleep.

Now I get like 8 hours of sleep on weeknights, 12 on weekends

I have been falling asleep rather early as of late... not sure why! Once school is out I can sleep later and not have to get up so early. But normally I get about ehhh 4or 5 hours. Depends on whether or not I sleep through my alarm hehee.

Usually 6 or 7 hours on the weekdays. I wish I could get more. Weekends is whenever I sleep to whenever I wake up. I aim to fall asleep about 3 or 4 AM and wake up at 11. But I tend to oversleep till 12 or sometimes 1. I love sleep, over spring break I ended up sleeping at 5:30 AM till 2 PM. Kinda wasted my day though.

You understand that sleeping is your body's main method of restoration and healing? Not to mention you can become overweight if you don't sleep enough and eat an average diet due to the fact most of your digestion occurs during sleep.
If you think staying up all night on Jolt, Amp, Redbull, or whatever caffeine containing substance to play games, program, or just screw around is fun... then you probably are addicted to caffeine. Yes, you seriously can be addicted to caffeine. It isn't some minor thing either, I had a serious caffeine problem. I mean we are talking like 5 to 7 cans of Jolt in a day.
Your body needs this time to repair tissue. Why? Your body is much less tense, stressed, or active so that the area of repair will be less disturbed.

People who modify sleep for an important schedule of priorities are fine, so as long as they try to readjust once such priorities are not needed. You however are just staying up to "have fun."

I get 5-8 hours a night, depending on homework, studying, etc.

tongue.gif Thank for the advice. I, for the most part, keep my caffeine intake in check. I usually only resort to caffeine if I have some impossible final or major project to work on.

After spending junior and senior year mostly sleep deprived due to procrastination and insane amounts of actual work, I decided that sleep is indeed a luxury and MUCH required.

But! Now is the time of the dreaded AP tests! Sleep < AP tests....sad.gif

A few months ago, I got addicted to caffeine. Once I stopped drinking what I had been taking in, I started getting headaches and dizzy and all that. Withdrawals! NOT fun stuffs.

Well, meditation is considered a form of rest, and I do about an hour a day...

So, I end up sleeping anywhere from 1 and a half hours to 13 hours...

I used to be addicted to caffeine as well. I'd pop thermogenics for the ECA stack, and I got some medical complications from it.

blink.gif Addicted to caffeine sounds really hard to do 1we8.gif I used to drink about 3 or so cups of coffee a day, maybe 5 to 7 on weekdays, instant coffee, and it seriously used to be about 1/4 or so of the actual instant coffee. More if I was tired... then I stopped cause we ran out. Nothing wrong with me at all blink.gif
