Anyone ever have it? I think I have it currently, my voice was starting to go last night and today its just terrible. I looked it up and it matches the causes and symptoms, so things seem pretty accurate.

At the same time this started up I got a cold, so yeah 1we8.gif Luckily there is no pain.

Anyone ever have it? How long did your last? Is there anything I can do to make my voice sound better for a bit?

I had brochitus when I was in 5th grade. For those who don't know, it's basically laryngitus with a horrible cough and high fever. I was absent for 5 days because I couldn't speak at all. I'm not saying yours will last that long though, Hawk.

I recommend eating pudding, yogurt, ice cream, popsicles, anything that's cold and/or creamy. Worked for me thumbsup.gif

Its not severe, at least- Not yet. It should return to normal within two weeks. After that I should consult a doctor. I've been reading 1we8.gif

I need to stop talking though 1we8.gif

Yeah I talked a lot when I had bronchitus. It only makes it take loads longer to go away(which is why I had it for 5 days). Highly recommend not talking tongue.gif
