i agree, for some music going to the 2nd had CD shops it's great fun
altho i would never condone the illegal downloading of music from P2P environments (and don't forget guys warez is against the rules to discuss those kinds of things) bit torrent and emule are both very good environments for legal sharing of music that has been put into the public domain by the artists
it's just such a shame that so many people corrupt them with all that illegal stuff

its obvious which ones contain the spyware if you pay attention though. I have never had any problems with it in the past (touch wood).
If artists didnt charge so much for CD's then I would buy them. If I really, really love an Album I will buy the CD as I like to have something tangible.

If I'm paying; Amazon marketplace for obscure or old cds (I buy used in good condition for pennies), sale racks at HMV or Virgin (it's not worth buying there otherwise. So damn expensive!), chart cds at supermarkets/Amazon marketplace, obscure b-sides from iTunes, and random cds at Fopp!. (it's the best music shop ever. It's like they put my entire music taste on some shelves)

No, really, its not. Limewire for songle songs, mIRC for full albums.
(And then if I like/support the album I'll go to Zia Records)

Lol, love the swedes. Everything is free. But thats because there are no swedish artists to complain about their lack of album sales. You think congress would have any problem with bittorrent in the states if it weren't for the RIAA raising hell and paying them a shitload of money? Of course not.
Oh, BTW. Torrents are where its at. OiNk ftw

Sometimes I'll get a song or two from Artist's pages on MySpace. But that's rare.
