In the picture areTony Blair and Gordon Brown. For those who live their lives blinkered, Tony Blair is the UK Prime minister, and he's announced his resignation for the millionth time. Which means, in all likelyhood, we're going to have Gordon Brown as our next PM which is a little unfair seeing as he's Scottish and the Scots have their own parliament 
Personally, I'd love Tony to release the Scots just before he leaves, just so we won't have to have robotic humourless Gordon as PM.
