Due to recent complaints by NeoPets resulting in the significant downti'me over the past couple of days, we have decided to institute a new rule:

There is to be no disbecausesion of cheat programs for NeoPets in any form. This includes (but is not li'mited to) the following:

    * Requesting "autobuyers" or other cheat programs.
    * Requesting assistance in writing a cheat program for NeoPets.
    * Asking where such programs can be obtained.

The disbecausesion of sale/trading of NeoPoints or NeoPets items is also not permitted. That includes (but is not li'mited to):

    * Requesting/offering NeoPoints/items in exchange for money.
    * Asking where NeoPoints/items can be bought/sold.

General chat about the game is permissible, but breaking this new rule will result in an I'mMEDIATE BANNING. We will be strictly enforcing this rule, as neither myself nor the rest of the NeoHacks staff wish to be threatened by legal action as a result of your posts.

I think they should change their name as well.  nhacks not longer suitable since there is no neopets programs and hacks in it. Maybe call them nlosers?

I'm not really talking bad about nhacks.....I had no problem with nhacks.....I'm talking about the ppl at nhacks that did the senseless stuff....

I am just saying that I hope they don't come here because if they do ncodex is next because they'll do the same thing here

I wonder on what legal grounds they could do so..hmm, but then I I'magine the neopets lawyers are much smarter than your average teenage troublemaker. There are some great people over at neohacks, and even if I disagree with the way they run their site I'd never laugh at their misfortune. Besides, the neoboards spam is probably n00bs trying to do them a favor, certainly not one of their respected members.

thats weird....I dont see how they have any legal say since its not illegal whats going on....I don't know...the game just isnt as much fun if its played normally, it takes too much ti'me....

I think neopets knows that in 99% of the ti'me they won't have to take legal action because people back down just from the THREAT of legal action. Round up some high paid lawyers and bully the kids, that kind of strategy.

Nah. Not the people who own it now. They didn't get the right idea at the right ti'me. They just bought the idea. And changed the place. It used to be based in England righT?

I'm glad it's not based in England anymore. It means it runs on American ti'me, which means that I can easily do all the things that happen at midnight on Neopets at 8am. The only thing is, I'd like some of those rare item codes from 'real-life' merchandise (I feel like I'm missing out on the fun a bit) but... never mind. I'm more likely to save money this way.

Lol I that sux for nhacks. I dont even go there anymore niether did I have go there alot at all but I hate TNT. Neopets is a stupid website for kids(no offense old players) I bet they would pay $1000.00 or 1000 pounds to shut down a site just to stop them from cheating. they are so stupid. what do they care if ppl get alot of NP it doesnt cost them anything now does it?
