I got frozen either yesterday or the day before for "scamming" too which is total bullshit. I don't even know HOW to do that. All I ever did on the site was buy things for the pet thing.... hahah. What the barking hell. Gay shit. I emailed and stuff but Emily somebody said they weren't going to return my account. I didn't have -that- many points but I was still pissed because I didn't do anything to my knowledge.

Scamming is the excuse they tend to use when they know something is not quite right on an account but they don't quite know what.
I have submitted a form for both my account and for the one that was apparently scammed, and hopefully, if they're nice enough to return the scammed account they *should* unfreeze the scammer account and then hopefully everyone else that was chain frozen.
This does NOT usually happen. TNT has become more and more broad with who they chain freeze to basically anyone who's had any contact in terms on giving or receiving neopoints in the past couple months. We thought after the last time they froze the contest team members that we'd be ok to try again with safer methods and such... but now I've found out they're freezing people that the contest account has given to, we'll have to reconsider what kind of future we have giving neopet prizes. I don't want to get people frozen for simply getting neopoints.
I am very very sorry that this has happened, I hope it will get sorted out soon but honestly, knowing how np staff usually respond, I don't see it likely to get our account's back.
If anyone else has been frozen in the past 2 days for scamming please tell me.
Yeah this is the email stuffs from them and me:

Pretty damn gay. I have never given out a password or made my account easily accessible. Those people are rude and they're bitches. Meh!
