Actually that is the IP returned when u ping 'neopets.com'.  The information is virtually useless tho, and port 80 is the port ur webbrowser (internet explorer, mozilla, ect) use to conect to neopets.com

I wouldn't suggest posting things like this, because if a staff member from Neopets does come here upon first glance this thread will probably catch their eye.

OK, when ur online ur computer has an IP adress.  this adress is unique, no other computer shares this IP.  Ur IP is used to uniquely identify ur computer online.  A proxy server is a server that u kinda......ig uess "route" ur internet connection thru.  When u do htis everyti'me u visit a website or Download a file from the webserver (the site ur connected to) it only sees the proxy server's IP (assuming the server is level 5 anonymous).  So when Neopets chain freezes it only freezes the ones using the Proxy's IP, not ur IP. I hope that made a lil sense!

In other words, only use high anonymity proxies, and use a different one for each account. And delete your cookies (I know, off the subject). And no one cares about neopets webserver ip since it's so easy to find.
