I remember when I first got my license. I used to put 100+ miles a day on my car!

Congratulations, you sound like you're pretty happy, know I would be biggrin.gif !

I can't wait till I'm 17 and can pass my test, I hate having to rely on people to drive me around tongue.gif

Nothing exciting happens in my life xD

You have to be 17 to take the test? blink.gif I'm only 16 right now. What's funny is here (In California) you have to wait 6 months after you get your permit and I got mine around 12/29/06 so I literally got my license on the 6 month mark xD

Yeah its the UK law sadly you have to been 17 to apply for the test and all, they are thinking of raising it to 18 as well dry.gif

Well too many young drivers getting killed, insurance prices INSANE, and I do mean totally mad angry.gif

I'm so very happy right now because I just passed my Behind The Wheel driver's test (meaning I get my license!). Since both of my parents work 8 hour days I'm home alone pretty much all day, and this FINALLY means that I can leave the house and not be confined to how far I can peddle with my bike xD This also means I can turn in my job application and get a job, and that I won't have to bug my parents to drive me places laugh.gif So yeah, I'm very excited now. On top of that I just got back from the mall where I got a cell phone (finally) and a ton of new clothes. So yes, it's been quite eventful today biggrin.gif

Anything 'exciting' happen to you lately?

Nice job Josh!
And ya, its nice to drive to the place you want without depend on other. However, now you must pay for the dam expensive gas. dry.gif

Awww congrats! I totally understand how you feel though. I don't have a car in Illinois and I can't take the car to IL so I have to buy my own. Basically I'm working my ass off this summer so I can afford a semi-decent car so I can get a GOOD job in Illinois. People won't hire you over the summer because they don't want temporaries really so I'm hoping to get a assistant vet-tech job at the local animal hospital there. I adore animals and children so it'd really be perfect for me I think. They're apparantly hiring so huzzah! tongue.gif Now let's just see if I can survive my shitty 2nd job first though >_<

Most recent exciting thing: a Lan party with over 30 people... Screams of 'Noob!' and 'oh, you just got so owned that your mom's blushing' could be heard throughout the day.

=0 I'm jealous. Working at an animal shelter would be an awesome job biggrin.gif

Well go apply at yours! Honestly they are always looking for people I think. They pay I think can be 12-14 an hour and it's entry level so it's good tongue.gif I think they may only be looking for people 18+ but honestly that's not too far off. You'll get there tongue.gif Humane society's always looking for volunteers though!

What if you were working at said shelter, and needed to put an animal to sleep?

..I wouldn't be able to do that.

I am rather excited because I am oficially a college student! Registered for my classes last Wednesday happy.gif

And I just recently became elligible to get my license (The day after my 16th birthday, earlier this month) except I haven't taken the behind-the-wheel test because I need to improve on parking and I don't want to pay car insurance tongue.gif
