How about we get rid of it completely? I quite despise the profile rating system in general, since it forces prejudice(ie: "Only 2 stars? God he must be a horrible member!").

other then degrading people.... there must be a way to just turn it off somewhere in Admin CP

Degrading people is not, in my book, a reason to keep it alive.

An admin can turn it off in ACP.
I think that's the only way, don't think members have the option.

The staff thinks its time to know what is expected of them. That is their take on this situation. They also want to un-alienate the administration, along with increasing accountability.
