I finally got some of my feel for the sig making back into me lol

more blending or at least a little more

it is good, color scheme is great, but the colors are bright and sharp. its good to have sharp colors but you over did the whitish gleam could have been a more toned down glow. but you did stick true with the toon true. even though i dont like bleach i say you made it look better. and you are absolutely right about the text

I think the foreground looks a little too bright due to the fact the background is a lot duller and somewhat plain. Like apilot said, if you can tone down the white there a little it should blend a little better.

[Hazard]

Yea the colours match together nicely, only negative thing i have to say is the text is plan i needs more effects
