he has vista
DEP blocks him from using firfox and IE says they are un seafe
he calls m$ and gets support
ends up calling them for 3 days cuz they cant figure out what happening
one of the days, he takes off DEP and gets BSOD resets and hes fine but back form the beggining
problem ends up being the plugins in the browsers

That's certainly odd
GM: There's an interface in Vista called the DEP(Database Execution Prevention)that prevented Josh from opening FF or IE. Josh called Microsoft support and they gave him instructions on what to do. Josh got "the blue screen of death" by following the guys' instructions though, so he had to reverse everything and go back to where he was originally(DEP not working right). Microsoft Support called Josh the next day with another technician. Both of them tried a whole mess of stuff to see what the problem was, but they failed. The next day, Microsoft Support searched Josh's browser settings, found out that DEP was blocking some browser plugins, and fixed it so DEP no longer blocks FF and IE.

Sure, he'll read yours first. He'll read yours and say: "Wtf is this kid trying to tell me? I can't understand his writing!" He'll cry, but then he'll read mine and say: "Oh now I understand! Thank goodness BF wrote a nice, thoughtfully written summary that I understand!"
...Or we can just wait for GM to reply so he can say what he wants to say

You win Black Flame, i understand now!
Jocxo, you fail, but thanks for the effort.
I am always a jackass when it comes to calling support, i hate being on hold, and i hate airheads who dance around your problem without solving it, if i were you i would just probably give up and settle for IE but i am glad you fixed your problem.

The comments in this thread are quite funny, when i asked for a summary i expected to get flamed for being too lazy to read instead i get fighting for approval

Now I'm barking frustrated at Vista and don't plan on going back to it until I get a new computer.
