Euphoria, you realise I said I'd only hurt the person if I was there, and therefore acting in defence... Are you saying all you'd do if you saw someone raping your mother that you'd take a seat, let it happen maybe throwing in a couple things like "I'd like you to stop that please."
No, well actually *you* might, but sane people wouldn't sit by and let that happen, they'd defend their family.

And sefl-defence can be a full defence, not just something to reduce murder to manslaughter.

No, I'd simply kick the guy in the nards and pluck both his eyes out.

His life is now equally as ruined as my mothers, and then he gets to spend the next 20 years in jail for it.

According to my state laws I could do that and remain under the nessecary force to disable defence, especially if he hadn't passed out after I'd kicked him in the nards.

You kidding? Someone would be themselves severely beaten at the MINIMUM for that. As for taking a crap on my dads face, he could deal with that.

Also, equal rights for anyone. Girls aren't above having their asses whooped if they totally deserve it. Then again, they'd REALLY have to do something stupid.
