Limited editions can be created when it reaches their holiday, and only a couple hundred thousand get released. It varies for the pets.

Nope you're right. Yeah limited editions you can almost never get unless they release 25,000 of them or so on that pets day(they're usually gone in less than 2 hours). You can only create grundos at that...grundo creating place on the space station. With Krawks, you can either use a potion or take a petpet Krawk to that swamp place and it'll turn into the neopet Krawk. And of course you can get either of them with the lab ray.
