when I was in japan, I lost a lot of weight (my boobies shrunk a little).... then around the time when I was to go back to canada was nearing, we partied alot and I gained some weight back all in my thighs.

First time I've heard someone say they hate weight loss In this society you don't want anything BUT that. Anyways you could take them in and get someone to sew it back up. I do that for my skirts all the time.
