You want a guy like that as president? Just walk from a guy in a wheelchair and go around saying superficial "Hi, how are you"s?
Despite the fact that I dont like Romney, I posted this as an example of today. Politicians today are so...childish for lack of a better word. Their best defense against a question is ignoring it, or ridiculing the person asking it. They're hypocritical; they talk about banning your freedoms and then talk about the great idea of freedom in the very next sentence(as this video illustrates)
It's ridiculous how our politicians can't transcend beyond the "right" and "wrongs", "good" and "evils" so deeply rooted in public morality.

Eventually, ten or twenty or thirty years down the line, if this kind of stuff goes on, the people will get frustrated enough to take up arms and setup a new government....(I'm hopeful)
In fact, it's shit like this that makes me support a candidate whose most beliefs don't even match mine...

Politicians are completely detached from the issues faced by the common person. In a world where money = power, how can a normal person ever have a chance to buck that trend?

Of all politicians and scumbag who have made their move towards the white house, Mitt Romney is easily the most corrupt, authoritarian, anti-intellectual conservative - but not conserving good things, rather conserving the continuing trend of increases in size of government and militant invasion of other countries. Don't vote for the man because he's mormon or because he's charming: simply put, a vote for romney is a vote towards serfdom.
