Umm... a couple of hours? 
Nice render, nice colors, less than nice text and looking like something that could be finished in 10 minutes or so.

well It was my first time, I don't spend all day on the computer to learn this stuff.....unlike some people, so I am sure in time I could do it faster and better, but for my first siggy Its nice......
and why is it in the wrong section ? Is this not the neopets section
