i don't know how to put them on so can someone help me how to use a avatar?

I am assuming you mean how to change your avatar in Neopets?

Click on BOARDS>NEOBOARD INDEX on the top menu bar
then when you are on the board page click PREFERENCES at the top, you will see your current avatar there and a pull down menu that lets you change your avatar. Make sure you go to the bottom of the page and hit submit when you are finished.

How do I shot webs?

Put both your hands out in front of you. Then, close each middle and ring fingers into both palms on both hands. Then, just wait for web to shoot out. It really works! Also, if you say your true loves name 5 times and press F5, the name of your true love will appear on your computer screen!!

f5 just refreshes the page for me. It says i'm missing tabcl.ocx files. GIVE THEM 2 MI NAO!
