I don't know what to say to you guys really. What do you want? Seriously, I come back from watching some t.v and enjoying a family meal and you guys have initiated war it seems. Many of you are at each others throats for almost no reason. You're attacking the staff on STUPID issues and guess what? Staff are members as well. We come here to enjoy the site as well. People saying that they enjoy occasionally messing with staff, what is that about? We're all part of the same site. Shit, most sites probably would have gone on a banning spree of late.
Our staff members attempt to be lenient and fair and in response we are getting shit all over by some members. It isn't fair.
STAFF
Our duty is to maintain the board and keep things from getting out of hand. NOT to contribute to any nonsense. As difficult as it is at times, you can't react to members, you can't shoot them down, you can't harass them, you can't attack them EVEN in retaliation. We have a section, by all means, flip shit inside of it.
We're supposed to be the arbitrators of this site. You don't see a referee going and drop kicking someone on the field, no matter if they have it coming or not. We've got to be cool, no matter what.

If you want to see this site improve, you have to try and get along. I know it's an alien thought, but I don't think many of us are going anywhere soon. If you have that much of an issue with someone, please just block them.
As a side note, try and be nice in this topic.
