The neocodex university is not open just yet as we still have to write up a lot of classes. I can say that we are working on it and that it will be open soon ...just not yet.

itll be first come first serve.. there will be a set number of people that will be admitted at one ti'me. thats up to the principal though. and then you can be put on a waiting list
