I don't really have a favorite anything, but you should watch The Legend of Drunken Master (Jui kuen II).
It has some kick ass fight scenes. They're crazy!
    It's Jackie Chan btw.

The movie "Lucas" really got to me. It's from the 80's, it's oldschool but you just gotta watch it. My favourite series though is the Matrix by far.

The story was way less developed. If I read the story first I would have guessed the character to be psychotic and paranoid. But in the movie he has more reason to go insane.

    American History X

As an alternate, I'll offer The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou. I'm almost sure you'll appreciate its humour tongue.gif

This is what I view as quintessential dry british humour. I hope my assumption is correct.

Fight Club. Live by it. Close, but definitely not in first would have to be Scarface.

Fight Club is boring and entirely predictable.

i think the oddness is what makes it so appealing to me. I find movies like that very entertaining.

It's kind of that, materialism is a big thing in the movie but it's still a piece of the pie xD
The movie is really made for guys. It's really a guy thing. It's aimed at men and portrays mostly men, to the point where it can be misconstrued as having homosexual undertones (Like when Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) is in the bath and he says "Is another woman really what we need?")

Idk. Most people watched Borat and laughed not realizing the whole purpose of the movie was to make fun of Americans lol.
