I just beat it, and won the challenge. I'll do a quick overview...
Shovel = x
Bubble = c
Spring Boots = v
Hard Hat = b
Shield = n
I kept both hands on the keyboard for the whole game, though you can also click on items to use them.
Level 1: Snowmuncher - When jumping up a block, try to hit space about 2/3 of the way through the block before it, this should stop you from hitting your head and slowing you down. For breaking blocks, swing the shovel at just a bit more than the block ahead of it. Maybe 1 and a quarter blocks. You can swing as you're falling and as you jump, so try to keep swinging at 1 and a quarter blocks.
Level 2: Turmac Roll - This is where I abandoned the shovel for the game, I never used it again, so both index fingers were on the space bar, left ring on c, left middle on v, right middle on b, right ring on n. Confusing? It took a bit of practice. Anyway, I just spammed the bubble through the entire thing, though it's not necessary. for the small hills, I jumped over the first bit and rolled down. For the mud, you just roll through (you NEED the bubble here), for the trees, you roll up the bit of root, use the spring boots, and bubble in midair. Now, if you're using Abigail, she can run up the bigger hills, where AAA cannot. I used AAA, so for that, spring jump up, bubble, and regular jump again. Should clear it with minimal slowdown.
Level 3: Destruct-o-Match - Ignore the bubble here, but we'll need it for the next 2 levels. Just keep regular jumping over the 1 and 2 block barriers, and spring boot jump over anything bigger. Practice jumping from one stack to another, and it speed things up. IF YOU MISS THE HARD HAT, RESTART YOUR GAME, you can't finish without it. Once you have the hard hat, finish the level as normal, but spam the hard hat. If you need to spring jump and a block is falling on you, let it hit the hat before jumping, since using an item cancels out the other.
Level 4: Ice Cream Machine - This is the hardest level in the game. Combine jumping towers like level 3 with the mud of level 2. Bubble through piles of ice cream, and spring jump over 3+ towers. But, the hard part is the cones. Use the shield to block low cones that look like they'll hit your body, and the hard hat for ones that'll hit you in the head. Wait until cones pass to spring jump. You should have a decent lead by now anyway.
Level 5: Deckswabber - Hard, but not as hard as it looks. Spam the bubble throughout the level, and you'll bounce off of metal or wood bits or whatever they are. When you get to a Kougra, use the hard hat (some say bubble is fine, but I used the hat), and when you get to a Skeith, use the shield. This is the big reason to have your right hand on b & n, so that you can more easily switch. There's a couple spring jumps, just be ready to react to whatever is next. Keep it up and you'll win!
Not the easist game, but fun. Oh, remember, don't send your score until you beat the game, otherwise you can't beat the challenge. The dare page has a prize collection thing, but it's broken atm. Just a notice.
